Jewellery Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase, please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds :- 
Refund requests must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
A clear, unedited video recording of the package being opened is required as proof for all refund requests. The video must show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and the condition of the jewellery upon arrival.

Refund Process:-

Provide your order details and the required video recording.
Our team will review your request and respond within two (2) business days.
If your refund is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within seven (7) business days.

Additional Information :- 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above criteria.
